Science Fair Opportunity!

Community Members:

I believe the solution to the mitigation of EMF exposure at STMS is in the mind, heart and action of this community. I believe that the very same children we are trying to protect are the key to eliminating the perceived uncertainty and inconclusiveness now and for future generations.

Through the participation in the Kiwanis Community Science Fair, children K-12 can have an impact through scientific means to educate not only themselves, but also our entire community.

While the study of EMF related issues is timely and most of all, accessible, scientific study of any kind is a key component in creating community which is equipped to handle health and safety issues.

The fair is open to all community K-12 students from the CCUSD geographic region, whether CCUSD, private schools or home schools.

Information regarding the science fair is attached or you can visit http://cavecreek.schoolnet.com/outreach/ccusd1/science/ . A science fair handbook is available through your school or contact Paula Scully [paulasscully@msn.com]. Some schools have set individual deadlines for application and project due dates. Please visit your school web site or contact a science teacher directly.

Thank you for your commitment to making this community a great place to be!
